The ROOT Method is our proprietary 6-week in-salon protocol combining hydradermabrasion, jet plasma technology, and professional-grade peptides and growth factors, designed for clients serious about results.
Where most treatments address the symptom, we address the source. Every session begins with a hydradermabrasion cleanse to clear follicle openings and prime the scalp, followed by jet plasma and targeted serum infusions that regenerate the scalp environment, reactivate dormant follicles, and build the biological conditions your hair needs to grow thicker, fuller, and stronger.

Each session builds on the last. The scalp moves through distinct regenerative phases , from purification and activation, through structural rebuilding, to full transformation. Nothing is generic. Every week has a purpose.

Reset
Every session opens with a hydradermabrasion treatment that physically clearing sebum buildup, dead skin, and product residue from follicle openings while simultaneously infusing hydration into the scalp. Week 1 adds a full scalp health analysis — including pH assessment across three scalp zones, trichoscope evaluation of follicle density, miniaturization, and sebum pattern, and baseline photography — before a purifying plasma treatment reduces oxidative stress and subclinical inflammation.

Week Two
Activate
Hydradermabrasion opens the session with a freshly cleared scalp. Plasma then channels open pathways for the first peptide infusion to reach the dermis where follicles live. EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor) receptor signaling triggers a cell proliferation cascade at the dermal papilla, the cells that control whether each follicle grows or rests. For Signature and Elite clients, a concentrated EGF serum is layered post-infusion to amplify this signal.

Week Three
Rebuild
An intensified growth factor protocol targeting the structural layer. Scalp microcirculation improves as new capillaries begin forming into thinning zones. For Signature and Elite clients, a collagen peptide complex is layered post-infusion, rebuilding the extracellular matrix around each follicle and supporting the tissue scaffolding new growth depends on.

Strengthen
Hair shaft fortification and mid-program strengthening. Precision plasma reinforces the regenerative environment while new follicle activity continues building beneath the surface. For Signature and Elite clients, a keratin peptide complex fortifies existing hair shafts from the inside out, reducing breakage, while a second EGF application sustains dermal papilla proliferation and prevents the growth signal from fading mid-program.

Week Five
Nourish
The peak intensity session. A high-dose growth factor infusion at the program's highest plasma setting — the scalp is now fully conditioned and most receptive. For Signature and Elite clients, a dual copper peptide protocol is applied: AHK-Cu first (smaller molecule, deeper penetration) to activate follicle stem cells upstream, followed by GHK-Cu to remodel the extracellular matrix, rebuild the physical scaffolding each follicle needs, and promote new blood vessel formation into thinning zones.

Reveal
The final treatment is followed by a side-by-side photo comparison with your Week 1 baseline. For Signature and Elite clients, a closing EGF application ensures the proliferation signal carries forward into the post-program growth window. A custom maintenance plan and home care kit are prescribed. Results continue improving for 8–12 weeks as new follicles move through the growth cycle.

Hydradermabrasion: the clean slate
Every session begins with hydradermabrasion: a pressurized water and solution treatment that physically removes sebum buildup, dead skin cells, and product residue from follicle openings. Most scalp treatments are applied directly over this layer of obstruction, which significantly limits how much active ingredient actually reaches the follicle. Clearing it first means every serum that follows enters a clean, open scalp. Not one working against its own barrier.

Jet plasma: the delivery mechanism
Jet plasma creates temporary transdermal microchannels in the scalp, opening a 30–60 minute window for serums to reach the dermis, where follicles are rooted. Without this, most topical products never get past the stratum corneum. Applied to a hydradermabrasion-prepped scalp, plasma penetrates more effectively and opens channels into cleaner, more receptive tissue.

Signature adds a rotating premium peptide protocol on top of the Core base, targeting pathways that Core does not access. Each week, specific professional-grade peptide serums are layered post-infusion while plasma channels are still open.

EGF: Epidermal Growth Factor
A concentrated EGF serum (sh-Oligopeptide-1) is applied post-infusion while plasma channels are still open. EGF binds to receptors on dermal papilla cells, the cells at the base of each follicle that control whether it grows or rests, triggering a cell proliferation cascade that sustains and accelerates the anagen growth phase. Alternating every other week prevents receptor saturation.

Collagen Peptide Complex
A collagen peptide complex is layered post-infusion to begin rebuilding the extracellular matrix around each follicle and support new capillary formation into thinning zones. Lays the structural foundation ahead of the copper peptide protocol at Week 5.
Week 4
Keratin Peptide Complex + EGF
A keratin peptide complex fortifies existing hair shafts from the inside out, reducing breakage while new follicle activity builds beneath the surface. EGF is applied simultaneously to sustain dermal papilla proliferation and prevent the growth signal from fading mid-program.
Week 5
AHK-Cu + GHK-Cu: Dual Copper Peptide Protocol
At peak plasma intensity, AHK-Cu is applied first — its smaller molecule penetrates deepest to activate follicle stem cells upstream. GHK-Cu follows to remodel the extracellular matrix around each follicle, rebuild the physical scaffolding a full-sized hair shaft requires, promote new blood vessel formation into thinning zones, and modestly inhibit DHT at the tissue level.
The rotating schedule is intentional. Collagen peptides in Week 3 lay the structural foundation. Keratin complex and EGF in Week 4 fortify existing strands while sustaining the growth signal. AHK-Cu and GHK-Cu together in Week 5 deliver the peak copper peptide protocol at the moment the scalp is most receptive. EGF on Week 6 carries the proliferation signal forward into the post-program window.
