The ROOT Method is our proprietary 6-week in-salon protocol combining hydradermabrasion, jet plasma technology, and professional-grade peptides and growth factors , designed for clients serious about results.

Where most treatments address the symptom, we address the source. Every session begins with a hydradermabrasion cleanse to clear follicle openings and prime the scalp, followed by jet plasma and targeted serum infusions that regenerate the scalp environment, reactivate dormant follicles, and build the biological conditions your hair needs to grow thicker, fuller, and stronger.

Each session builds on the last. The scalp moves through distinct regenerative phases , from purification and activation, through structural rebuilding, to full transformation. Nothing is generic. Every week has a purpose.

Every session opens with a hydradermabrasion treatment that physically clearing sebum buildup, dead skin, and product residue from follicle openings while simultaneously infusing hydration into the scalp. Week 1 adds a full scalp analysis, microbiome assessment, and baseline photography before a purifying plasma treatment reduces oxidative stress and subclinical inflammation.

Activate
Hydradermabrasion opens the session with a freshly cleared scalp. Plasma then channels open pathways for the first peptide infusion to reach the dermis where follicles live. EGF and FGF receptor signaling triggers cell proliferation that topical products alone can never achieve.

The ROOT Method works in three phases every session: hydradermabrasion, jet plasma, and serum infusion, targeting five distinct biological pathways across six weeks. No single protocol does this. That's why results are visible in weeks, not months.

Hydradermabrasion: the clean slate
Every session begins with hydradermabrasion: a pressurized water and solution treatment that physically removes sebum buildup, dead skin cells, and product residue from follicle openings. Most scalp treatments are applied directly over this layer of obstruction, which significantly limits how much active ingredient actually reaches the follicle. Clearing it first means every serum that follows enters a clean, open scalp. Not one working against its own barrier.

Jet plasma: the delivery mechanism
Jet plasma creates temporary transdermal microchannels in the scalp, opening a 30–60 minute window for serums to reach the dermis, where follicles are rooted. Without this, most topical products never get past the stratum corneum. Applied to a hydradermabrasion-prepped scalp, plasma penetrates more effectively and opens channels into cleaner, more receptive tissue.

The foundation

Every session includes your ROOT Serum bookend, jet plasma at the appropriate intensity for that week, and a professional bone marrow stem cell conditioned media that delivers growth factors and cytokines directly into the scalp through plasma-opened channels.

The full protocol

Signature adds a rotating weekly serum layer on top of the Core base, targeting two additional biological pathways that Core does not access. Each week, a specific professional-grade serum is layered post-plasma while channels are still open, deepening the regenerative signal.

EGF: Epidermal Growth Factor layer
A concentrated EGF serum (sh-Oligopeptide-1) is applied immediately after the growth factor solution. EGF binds to receptors on dermal papilla cells , the cells at the base of each follicle that control whether it grows or rests , triggering a cell proliferation cascade that sustains and accelerates the anagen growth phase.
Weeks 3, 5
GHK-Cu + KGF: structural fortification layer
Copper Tripeptide-1 (GHK-Cu) and Keratinocyte Growth Factor (KGF) are applied as the final layer. GHK-Cu remodels the extracellular matrix around each follicle, rebuilding the physical scaffolding a full-sized follicle needs, while KGF directly stimulates the keratinocytes that produce the hair strand itself. GHK-Cu also modestly inhibits DHT and promotes new blood vessel formation into thinning zones.
The alternating EGF and GHK-Cu/KGF schedule is intentional. It prevents receptor saturation and keeps both pathways responsive across all six weeks. Five distinct biological mechanisms. Zero overlap.
